Toys for Tots is a Team Effort

The Marine Corps Coordinating Council has teamed with 1st Battalion, 23rd Marines for the 2022 Toys for Tots Campaign. We plan to support the Battalion this year to help make Christmas a little brighter for those who may need help in providing a great Christmas for children and families in need.

Our intent is to engage as many local businesses as possible and provide Toys for Tots drop boxes for the colleciton of toys. Once the boxes are full, the Marine Corps Coordinating Council will come and collect the toys and deliver them to the Battalion to make their campaign the most successful ever.

Participation is Easy

Request Toys for Tots Boxes

Our Campaign will last from 28 November - 15 December 2022. If you are interested in participating, all you have to do is request a Toys for Tots Box and we will bring it to you. To request your box, contact the us at mccc.houston@gmail.com and let us know your business name and location. Once we deliver your box, we will add you to our collection registry.

Collecting Toys

After you receive your box, you will need to encourage your customers, friends, and family to provide new, unwrapped toys for donation. It is important that toy donations are NEW and UNWRAPPED - Toys for Tots will not accept any used (regardless of the condition) or wrapped toys for distribution. Additionally, we will not pick up nor deliver any toys that do not meet the new or unwrapped criteria.

Toy Pick Up

If you fill your box before the end of the campaign, let us know and we will come to you and pick up the toys. You can fill the box as often as possible - we will do as many pick-ups as necessary. After pick up, we will deliver the donated toys to the 1st Battalion 23rd Marines Headquarters. We will record the number of toys donated by your business so we can recognize your team's effort to assist the program. The campaign will end on December 15th. If your box is not full by then, that is okay - we will come to your location and pick up the toys that have been donated and deliver them to the Battalion. Collected toys will be distributed on 22-23 December.

Donating Money Rather than Toys

If you would like to donate money rather than puchase toys, you can do that by clicking the PayPal link posted below. The MCCC, SETX Team will use donated funds to purchase new, uwrapped toys from 19-21 December that we will take to the Battalion for distribution. Please include your contact information (email address, phone number, or both) when you make your cash donation.
