1500 - 1700 Check In
Because of the expected number of attendees, Check-In will begin at 1500. When you check in you will receive your Ball Gift and Table Card for seating. Cocktail Hour begins at 1700
1700 - 1850 Cocktails
Cocktail Hour will begin at 1700 and will end at 1850 – 10 minutes before the Ceremony. We ask that you are seated when the Ceremony begins promptly at 1900.
1900 - 2000 Ceremony
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 1900 and will last about 30 minutes. The Guest of Honor will speak for about 15 minutes. Dinner will be served after the Guest of Honor’s remarks.
