We will host the 249th Marine Corps Birthday Ball Celebration on November 2, 2024 from 1700-Mid-Night at the Woodlands Marriott Waterway and Convention Center located at 1601 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, Texas 77380.

YOU CAN PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS YEAR’S EVENT BELOW. As you may know, we sold out last year’s event so you are encouraged to purchase your tickets as early as possible to resreve your seat(s) or table(s).

The 249th Celebration will be a time of fellowship and camaradarie for the Marines, FMF Navy Personnel, and our supporters in the Houston, Galveston, and Southeast Texas Area. We will conduct a ceremony, have some dinner, do a little dancing, then get to share our Marine Corps stories with one another. It will be a great time. Event information is listed below.

Schedule of Events

1500 - 1800: Check In

Because of the expected number of attendees, Check-In will begin at 1500. When you check in you will receive your Ball Gift and Table Card for seating. Cocktail Hour begins at 1700.

1700 - 1850: Cocktails

Cocktail Hour will begin at 1700 and will end at 1850 – 10 minutes before the Ceremony. We ask that you are seated when the Ceremony begins promptly at 1900.

1900 - 2000: Ceremony

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 1900 and will last about 30 minutes. The Guest of Honor will speak for about 15 minutes. Dinner will be served after the Guest of Honor’s remarks.

2000 - 2045: Dinner

The Dinner Staff will begin serving at the conclusion of the Guest of Honor’s remarks. They will also begin to cut the Birthday Cake which you can enjoy after dinner. Dancing to follow.

2045 - Midnight: Dancing

Once again we have DJ Eric Green taking control of the PARTY after dinner. He will begin dance music ant 2045 and will continue until Midnight. We expect to see you on the dance floor.

Midnight: Second Party

The event ends at Midnight. If you have worked up your second appetite from dancing or want to simply keep the party going, you can enjoy the restaurants and bars in Waterway Square.
